modak mold has posted an update to the subreddit’s subreddit, explaining that the mod team at Reddit has decided to “immediately suspend” the subreddit for violating its rules.
The post from modak’s account, which has since been deleted, is one of many recent posts in which the community has taken to Reddit to discuss the recent changes to its community guidelines.
“Today’s announcement by Redditors on the moderation team at reddit was not intended to be a response to the recent actions of /r/”The mods at reddit have decided to temporarily suspend /r/.
As /r”has previously stated, the modteam has been working to update our guidelines and to address some of the existing community concerns,” modak wrote.
“As the subreddit is currently in the process of revamping its guidelines and guidelines will be updated in a manner that makes sense for the subreddit, and redditors should be able to keep up with it.
I would appreciate any feedback on this topic.”
The announcement was made to Reddit moderators on a post made by modak on January 26.
The post said that the subreddit would be “implemented in a way that allows it to remain a community that has been welcoming to mod users”.
However, modak was quick to point out that the changes had not been made to the community guidelines, and that “mods are free to do what they want” with the subreddit.
“As a subreddit for a bunch of reasons that I have yet to discuss, it has been my pleasure to serve you.
It is my hope that this subreddit can continue to serve as a resource for mod users and help to foster a healthy and inclusive community,” he wrote.
Modak also posted an apology on Reddit on Monday, saying that the Reddit community has been “taken aback by some of these changes”.
“This community is not a homogenous collection of people,” he said.
“I’m sorry that this was not a community announcement to everyone, and I want to take this opportunity to explain why I have made this change.”
In addition to being a community, reddit has a history of accepting and celebrating diverse viewpoints, from those with no experience with /r to those who have been on reddit for a while.
It has allowed for people to come together to share stories, discuss issues, and build friendships.
“That has also allowed us to be able, and still be here, to have fun, and to continue to build a better community.”
Modak said that Reddit is looking into the situation and will update its guidelines in a “time-limited manner”.
“It’s a small step in the right direction, but I want Reddit to know that I stand with them.
I want this community to continue functioning as a safe and welcoming space for all members of our community.
I’m sorry for the disruption that this change will cause.”
